These terms govern your use of alignmehub.com and your sessions with AlignMe. Owner: review before go-live.
Services
AlignMe provides movement-healing sessions: Kinetic Stretching, Dance of Renewal, and Sacred Healing Time. Sessions are booked and paid for in advance through Calendly.
Health disclaimer
Sessions are not medical treatment, physical therapy, or psychological care, and are not a substitute for them. Consult a qualified professional for medical concerns, and tell your guide about any injuries or conditions before we begin.
Payment
Payment is collected at booking via Stripe. Prices are shown at the time of booking and may change; your booked price is honored. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for refund terms.
Conduct
We want a safe, welcoming studio. We may decline or end a session where behavior is abusive or unsafe, without refund.
Intellectual property
Site content and the AlignMe brand belong to AlignMe. You may not reuse them without written permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlignMe is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or participation in sessions.
